ABOUT ME

Steve MacLean is a Central New York musician that has been playing for over 28 years in several bands and genres. Featuring genres such as JAM, Fusion, Country, Rock, Pop, Punk, Hardcore, Metal, and all original Bands. Not to mention the originals he has produced in his home studio.

Steve uncovered his passion for music when he picked up his first guitar at a very young age. He has been writing professionally for over 3 years and been on 2 record labels.

Steve currently plays in 2 bands, The MacLean & Smith Duo and of course his main venture The Steve MacLean Acoustic Vibes Show.  Playing in over 200 shows a year, over 300 venues from West Rochester, to the 1000 Islands and Pennsylvania, you’re sure to catch a great show.  Steve’s show The Steve MacLean Acoustic Vibes Show features every genre and generation.  He is able to incorporate looping in the mandolin, guitar, bass, drums and harmonica with a non-stop 3 hour show that compares to no other.
